06/09/2009 --- VII Internacional Congress of Pharmaceutical Sciences in RP
The organizing committee for the VII International Congress of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Ribeirão Preto, CIFARP 2009, is pleased to invite you to participate in one of the major pharmaceutical events in Latin America.
The congress will be held on September 6th – 9th 2009 at the Ribeirão Preto Convention Center. This event is traditionally held in Ribeirão Preto, a city that stands out as a scientific, technological and cultural center in the Northeast side of São Paulo State. The central theme of the congress will be “Biodiversity in the technological and health development”. The 2009 edition will focus on issues related to Biodiversity and Environment, aiming to integrate this current thematic in the national and international context to relevant aspects of the Pharmaceutical Sciences. Thus, topics such as Environment, Changes in weather and their impact in human health, and Environmental Toxicology will be addressed. Other important and traditional themes will be discussed, such as Design and discovery of new drugs, Pharmaceutical care, Nanotechnology and Legislation and ethics in research, as well as basic and applied research in other pharmaceutical areas and correlated sciences. The Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ABCF), created during the 2003 and 2005 editions, will help in the 2009 CIFARP organization, offering specific activities and opportunities to its members.
Renowned international speakers will provide a rich scientific atmosphere to congregate the different areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
